Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Product Training Specialist focused on the Scale segment to help thousands of customers derive value from our connected operations platform. You will design, deliver, and optimize one-to-many programs, live webinars, and cohort trainings across transportation, construction, field services, and more.

You’ll work with the Customer & Partner Education team to make complex product concepts accessible, develop materials with AI tools, and partner with Product and Customer

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars or vILT to external audiences.
• Ability to build digital learning assets using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based one:many programs for customers.
• Design experiences tying physical and digital assets to live sessions or Community experiences.
• Produce training materials and adapt them for product changes and audience needs.
• Leverage tools to optimize training delivery and measure impact.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content for live training.
