Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Product Training Specialist focused on Scale (Commercial and Mid-market) to help thousands of customers derive value from our Connected Operations platform. You will create and deliver structured learning journeys across one:many programs, live webinars, and cohort-based sessions to improve adoption across transportation, construction, and other industries.

This remote role is open to US residents excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC, and Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars or vILT to external audiences.
• Ability to build digital learning assets using AI models and authoring tools.
• Self-directed and analytical; can teach yourself new products quickly and assess customer needs.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based one:many programs for customers, guiding groups through structured learning journeys.
• Design new, innovative experiences tying together physical and digital assets to live sessions or Community experiences.
• Produce and leverage training materials, adapting them to reflect product changes and audience needs.
• Proactively leverage in-house and external tools to optimize training delivery (Samsara Community, in-house AI tools; Slido).
• Demonstrate expertise across the Samsara platform and handle a wide range of customer questions during live sessions.
• Manage all live session logistics, including registration, session delivery, Q&A facilitation, polling, and post-session resources.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content for live training and share customer feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and partner with Customer Success and Product teams to address them through programming.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
