Job summary

Samsara in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Training Specialist focused on the Scale segment to help thousands of customers derive immediate value from the Connected Operations platform. You will guide customers through structured learning journeys via one-to-many programs, live webinars, and cohort-based sessions across transportation, construction, field services, and more.

You will design new training experiences, produce and update materials, and ensure alignment with brand

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills across diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars to external audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to create digital learning assets and using AI tools for content.
• Working grasp of instructional design and learning objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based programs for customers from onboarding to advanced adoption.
• Design experiences linking physical and digital assets to live sessions and community experiences.
• Create and update training materials in line with product changes and brand guidelines.
• Leverage in-house and external tools to optimize training delivery (Samsara Community, AI tools; Slido).
• Demonstrate platform expertise and handle a wide range of customer questions during live sessions.
• Manage live session logistics including registration, delivery, Q&A, polls, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content and gather customer feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and partner with CS and Product to address them via programming.
• Model Samsara’s cultural principles (Customer Focus, Long-Term Build, Growth Mindset, Inclusivity, Teamwork).
