Job summary

Samsara is hiring a Senior Technical Trainer focused on the Scale segment. You will design and deliver cohort-based training programs for commercial and mid-market customers, guiding them from onboarding to advanced product adoption across the connected operations platform.

You’ll create engaging training materials, host live sessions, and collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to close knowledge gaps, all within a flexible remote work model.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars or vILT to external audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage across all organizational levels.
• Ability to create digital learning assets using AI tools and standard authoring tools.
• Solid understanding of instructional design and learning objectives.
• Self-directed, analytical, and capable of rapid self-learning of products/tools.
• Ability to analyze engagement data and iterate content based on insights.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and detail orientation.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based programs for customers from onboarding to advanced adoption.
• Design experiences linking physical and digital assets to live sessions and Community experiences.
• Produce and adapt training materials to reflect product changes and audience needs.
• Leverage in-house tools and external platforms to optimize training delivery.
• Demonstrate platform expertise and handle a wide range of customer questions in live sessions.
• Manage all live session logistics, including registration, delivery, Q&A, polls, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content and gather feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and partner with Product teams to address them through programming.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while scaling globally.
