Job summary

Samsara seeks a Senior Product Training Specialist focused on the Scale segment to guide customers through structured learning journeys across one:many formats, including live webinars and cohort-based sessions.

You will craft training materials, leverage in-house tools, and collaborate with the Education team to drive adoption and customer success. This is a remote US role with global reach.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Ability to build digital learning assets using AI tools and authoring/editing tools.
• Working grasp of instructional design and learning objectives.
• Self-directed with analytical mindset to improve content based on feedback and data.
• Ability to analyze engagement data and iterate on content.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based one:many programs for customers from onboarding to advanced product adoption.
• Design experiences linking physical and digital assets to live sessions or Community activities.
• Produce and adapt training materials to reflect product changes and audience needs.
• Leverage Samsara Community and AI tools to optimize training delivery.
• Demonstrate expertise across the Samsara platform during live sessions and field questions.
• Manage all live session logistics including registration, delivery, Q&A, polling, and follow-up resources.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content and capture feedback from events.
• Identify knowledge gaps and partner with CS/Product to address them via programming.
