Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. seeks a Product Delivery Director for Employee Benefits technology. You will shape roadmaps, own delivery across cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions align with business goals, customer needs, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Strong business product ownership and FINEOS expertise are essential for success. You’ll lead claims metrics and reporting, translate requirements into actionable delivery plans, and partner with Underwriting, Pricing, and Actuarial teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years in product delivery/management or digital product leadership.
Hands-on FINEOS experience required.
Experience with digital portal capabilities, self-service platforms, or analytics solutions.
Demonstrated experience building reporting and claims metrics across audiences.
Experience in Agile delivery and SDLC release management.

Responsibilities

Shape the strategic roadmap for Employee Benefits technology capabilities and solutions.
Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities improving customer, employer, and operational experiences.
Define outcomes, success measures, KPIs, and adoption targets for technology initiatives.
Own claims metrics and reporting strategy, building the reporting suite across views.
Translate business needs into requirements and acceptance criteria for reports and dashboards.
Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization with cross-functional teams.
Oversee UAT planning, testing, defect management, and post-launch stabilization.
Ensure release readiness and coordinate QA collaboration.
Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
