Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Director to shape and guide Employee Benefits technology delivery.

You will own the business product aspects of claims metrics and reporting, align requirements with Underwriting, Pricing, and Actuarial teams, and lead cross-functional delivery with a focus on adoption, compliance, and customer impact. The role is fully remote, reporting to senior business leaders, and requires 5+ years in product delivery or related fields plus hands-on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of product delivery, product management, business analysis, or digital product leadership experience.
Hands-on FINEOS experience required.
Experience with digital portal capabilities, customer-facing applications, self-service platforms, reporting capabilities, or analytics solutions.
Demonstrated experience building reporting and claims metrics capabilities across operational, leadership, and external-facing reports.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into a full suite of operational reports, including external-facing reports.
Translate claims metrics into operational outcomes and partner with Underwriting, Pricing, and Actuarial teams on reporting needs.
Experience in Agile and Scrum delivery environments as a business partner / product owner.
Strong SDLC, release management, and testing methodologies understanding.
Experience leading operational readiness, change adoption, training, and post-launch stabilization.
Experience within Employee Benefits, Disability, Absence, Leave Management, Life, and/or Supplemental Health.

Responsibilities

Shape the strategic roadmap for Employee Benefits technology capabilities and business solutions.
Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities improving customer, employer, and operational experiences.
Establish outcomes, KPIs, and adoption targets for technology initiatives.
Define strategy and backlog for claims metrics and reporting as a service across views.
Translate business needs into requirements for dashboards, reports, and claims metrics.
Coordinate with Underwriting, Pricing, and Actuarial on reporting needs and implications.
Lead prioritization of enhancements, defects, and new capabilities based on business value and compliance.
Guide delivery plans reflecting regulatory requirements and customer experience needs.
Oversee operational readiness, training, and adoption planning pre- and post-implementation.
Ensure clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready documentation.
