You will translate business priorities into actionable plans, own the claims metrics reporting, and ensure regulatory, customer, and operational alignment. Qualifications

• 5+ years of product delivery, product management, business analysis, or digital product leadership experience.
• Hands-on FINEOS experience required.
• Experience with digital portal capabilities, customer-facing applications, self-service platforms, reporting capabilities, or analytics solutions.
• Demonstrated experience building reporting and claims metrics capabilities across all reporting views (operational, leadership, external-facing).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into a full suite of operational reports with external-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategic roadmap for Employee Benefits capabilities and solutions.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities that improve customer, employer, and operational experiences.
• Establish outcomes, KPIs, and adoption targets for technology and operations initiatives.
• Own the claims metrics and reporting function across multiple reporting views.
• Translate business needs into requirements for a full suite of reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Lead prioritization of enhancements, defects, and new capabilities by business value.
• Ensure regulatory, customer experience, and operational impacts are reflected in delivery plans.
• Lead readiness planning, training needs, communication requirements, and adoption risks.
• Refine requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities with IT and operations teams.
• Represent the business in sprint and release planning, backlog management, and delivery readiness.
• Coordinate post-implementation adoption activities and issue resolution.
