Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a senior Product Delivery Director for Employee Benefits technology, fully remote. You will shape roadmaps, prioritize delivery, and own the claims metrics and reporting suite.

This requires hands-on FINEOS experience, cross‑functional leadership, and a focus on adoption and operational readiness across multiple audiences. As a business-facing leader, you’ll translate complex requirements into actionable plans, collaborate with Underwriting, Pricing, and Actuarial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of product delivery, product management, business analysis, or digital product leadership experience.
• Hands-on FINEOS experience required.
• Experience with digital portal capabilities, customer-facing applications, self-service platforms, reporting capabilities, or analytics solutions.
• Demonstrated experience building reporting and claims metrics capabilities across multiple reporting views.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategic roadmap for Employee Benefits technology capabilities and business solutions.
• Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities that improve customer, employer, and operational experiences.
• Establish business outcomes, success measures, KPIs, and adoption targets for technology initiatives.
• Act as the business product owner for claims metrics and reporting across reporting views.
• Translate business needs into requirements for operational and external-facing reports and dashboards.
• Lead prioritization of enhancements, defects, and new capabilities based on business value and compliance needs.
• Oversee change readiness, training coordination, and adoption risks ahead of implementation.
• Collaborate with QA and IT to ensure delivery readiness and successful releases.
