Job summary

NAC Voya Services Company is seeking a Product Delivery Director to strategically shape and guide the delivery of Employee Benefits technology capabilities. You will own the business product aspects, drive roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet objectives, compliance, and operational efficiency.

This fully remote role collaborates with Underwriting, Pricing, and Actuarial teams to align reporting and analytics with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategic roadmap for Employee Benefits technology capabilities and business solutions.
• Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities that improve customer, employer, and operational experiences.
• Establish business outcomes, success measures, KPIs, and adoption targets for technology and operational initiatives.
• Act as the business product owner for claims metrics and reporting, defining the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for reporting views.
• Translate business needs into requirements and acceptance criteria for reports, dashboards, and metrics across audiences.
• Lead prioritization of enhancements, defects, and new capabilities based on value, compliance, and readiness.
• Provide business direction to ensure priorities and regulatory requirements are reflected in delivery plans.
• Lead operational readiness planning, including training, communication, and adoption risks ahead of implementation.
• Partner with IT Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, developers, and operations stakeholders to refine requirements and priorities.
• Set expectations for clear requirements, measurable acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready documentation.
• Represent the business in sprint planning, release planning, and backlog management.
