Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a senior Product Delivery Director who will shape and guide the delivery of Employee Benefits technology capabilities. You will own business outcomes, drive adoption, and align reporting with Underwriting, Pricing, and Actuarial teams.

This fully remote role emphasizes strategic delivery leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates bring hands-on FINEOS expertise, strong product ownership, and a track record of delivering reporting and analytics

Qualifications

5+ years of product delivery, product management, business analysis, or digital product leadership experience.
Hands-on FINEOS experience required.
Experience with digital portal capabilities, customer-facing applications, self-service platforms, reporting capabilities, or analytics solutions.
Demonstrated experience building reporting and claims metrics capabilities across operational, leadership, and external-facing reports.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into a full suite of operational reports and external-facing reports.

Responsabilités

Shape the strategic roadmap for Employee Benefits technology capabilities and business solutions.
Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities that improve customer, employer, and operational experiences.
Establish business outcomes, KPIs, and adoption targets for technology and operational initiatives.
Define the strategy, roadmap, and backlog to establish the claims metrics and reporting function as a service across all reporting views.
