Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. seeks a Claims Metrics & Reporting Product Delivery Manager to shape and lead Employee Benefits technology delivery. You will own business-facing delivery, drive KPI-based reporting, and partner with Underwriting, Pricing, and Actuarial to align reporting with strategic goals.

This fully remote role requires strong Agile delivery, SDLC mastery, and a track record of operational readiness and adoption across complex benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of product delivery, product management, business analysis, or digital product leadership experience.
• Hands-on FINEOS experience required.
• Experience with digital portal capabilities, customer-facing applications, self-service platforms, reporting capabilities, or analytics solutions.
• Demonstrated experience building reporting and metrics capabilities across multiple reporting views.
• Ability to translate requirements into external-facing reports and dashboards.
• Experience partnering with Underwriting, Pricing, and Actuarial teams on reporting needs.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience and strong SDLC understanding.
• Operational readiness, change management, training coordination, and post-launch stabilization experience.
• Experience in Employee Benefits, Disability, Absence, Leave Management, Life, and/or Supplemental Health.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic roadmap for Employee Benefits tech capabilities.
• Partner with senior leaders to improve customer, employer, and operational experiences.
• Establish outcomes, KPIs, and adoption targets for technology initiatives.
• Own metrics and reporting strategy for all views and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into requirements and acceptance criteria for reports.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Pricing, and Actuarial on reporting needs and interpretation.
• Prioritize enhancements and defects based on value and readiness.
• Lead operational readiness planning, training, and adoption activities.
• Represent business in sprint planning, release planning, and backlog management.
• Ensure clear requirements and delivery-ready documentation; support post-launch support.
