Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a senior Product Delivery Director to shape and guide Employee Benefits technology capabilities.

You will own business outcomes, drive metrics, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with regulatory, customer, and operational goals. The role requires strong business product ownership, delivery management, and expertise in FINEOS, with responsibility for reporting suites across operational, leadership, and external-facing views.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of product delivery, product management, business analysis, or digital product leadership experience.
Hands-on FINEOS experience required.
Experience with digital portal capabilities, customer-facing applications, self-service platforms, reporting capabilities, or analytics solutions.
Demonstrated experience building reporting and metrics capabilities across multiple reporting views.

Responsibilities

Shape the strategic roadmap for Employee Benefits technology capabilities and business solutions.
Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities that improve customer, employer, and operational experiences.
Establish business outcomes, success measures, KPIs, and adoption targets for technology and operational initiatives.
Act as the business product owner for metrics and reporting, defining strategy, roadmap, and backlog for reporting views.
