Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years in product management or related field.
- Experience leading product strategy at channel/portfolio level.
- Strong knowledge of retirement and wealth management.
- Experience defining/exec AI product strategies and influencing engineering leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define 18–24 month product vision and roadmap for the assigned channel.
- Establish AI experience strategy and competitive positioning to grow business.
- Set standards for product specifications and delivery practices across teams.
- Partner with engineering leadership on strategic technology decisions and AI design.
- Serve as a strategic partner to VP, Digital Product and influence roadmaps.
