Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to lead continuous process improvement initiatives for a remotely-based role supporting the Veterans Affairs department. Extensive experience leading complex process improvement initiatives.
Proficient in Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Experience with UML/BPMN modeling.
Ability to translate policy/regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management, and performance measurement for basic business processes.
Define and develop business processes, policies, roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
Perform current state and gap analyses, benchmarking, and best practice identification.
Plan and implement future state designs, change management, and transition plans.
Coordinate with Customer, IT, and Client services across projects to ensure alignment.
Develop and maintain quality programs, systems and procedures for compliance and performance quality.
Deliver presentations and training on measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and justify improvements.
