Job summary

The successful candidate will define processes, develop metrics, conduct current-state analyses, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex projects and delivering results.
• Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies and applying them at scale.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on continuous process improvement, organizational redesign, change management, and performance measurement.
• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles, responsibilities, and metrics.
• Analyze current state, gaps, benchmarking, and best practices.
• Plan and implement future state designs and transition plans.
• Coordinate with customer, IT, and client services teams to gather requirements and drive delivery.
• Provide oversight for quality programs and compliance.
