Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading complex projects.
• Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements and workflows.
• Proficiency in creating functional specs, user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Experience with UML and BPMN for modeling.
• Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart or similar for diagrams.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA and MS Project.
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL basics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical info into business language.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for basic business process engagements.
• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Conduct analysis of business processes: current state, gaps, benchmarking, best practices, and organizational assessment.
• Plan and implement process improvements: future state design, change management, transition planning.
• Interface with all project areas: customer, computer services, client services.
• Provide oversight for quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures for compliance and performance.
