Syms Strategic Group, LLC seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst to drive process improvements for the Veterans Affairs portfolio in a remote capacity. The role requires deep experience in Agile/SAFe, business process modeling, and data-driven decision making across large programs.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, develop requirements, and deliver training and dashboards to measure performance and compliance. U.S. citizenship and Public Trust (MBI) clearance are required.

• Proven track record leading and delivering complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies and performance measures for business process engagements.
• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Plan and implement process improvements with future state design and change management.
• Coordinate with customer, IT, and client services across projects to ensure alignment.
• Deliver presentations and training on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis and assess impact of improvements.
