You will lead cross-functional teams, apply Agile and SAFe practices, develop current and future state models, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while delivering measurable value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline and 20 years of experience or Master’s degree with 10 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
• Security clearance: Public Trust (MBI)
• 20+ years of professional experience; deep hands-on EDIFECS experience in X.12 transactions and related standards
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMP, Six Sigma, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certifications
• Formal Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field with extensive experience

• Lead and deliver complex process improvement projects
• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles, and performance metrics
• Conduct current state, gap, benchmarking analyses and organizational assessments
• Plan future state design and transition planning with change management
• Coordinate with customer, IT, and client services teams
• Develop and maintain quality programs for compliance and performance
• Provide guidance on interpreting regulations and agency guidelines
• Deliver presentations and training on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control
• Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional teams
