Job summary
Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst for a remote role supporting the Veterans Affairs department. The role focuses on continuous process improvement, organizational redesign, change management, and performance measurements across complex programs. Required expertise includes Agile and SAFe, process modeling (UML/BPMN), and strong communication.
This position is W-2, U.S. based, with a salary range of $80,000–$120,000 and security clearance for Public Trust
Qualifications
- Proven track record leading and delivering complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies and performance measures for business processes.
- Define and develop business processes, policies, roles, and responsibilities with performance metrics.
- Plan and implement process improvements including future state design and change management.
- Coordinate with business and technology teams to determine system requirements and potential improvements.
- Deliver presentations and training on measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
