Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead labor compliance across national projects, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local laws. This remote role may involve travel to SOLV Energy offices or job sites as needed and involves acting as an escalation resource and subject-matter expert on wage enforcement and reporting.

Key responsibilities include overseeing multi-project compliance, reviewing DOL classification requests, and ensuring audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with labor compliance expertise.
• 5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading compliance teams and mentoring staff.
• Advanced knowledge of federal/state labor laws including prevailing wage enforcement and public works compliance.
• Experience with complex multi-project environments and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor compliance leadership across national regions for multiple projects.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for internal and subcontractors.
• Review DOL classification requests and ensure compliance with laws.
• Interpret wage determinations, apprenticeship utilization, and PLA/Two-Trade agreements.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify and resolve findings.
• Coordinate audits with clients, government agencies, and leadership.
