Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with labor compliance expertise.
• 5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading compliance professionals.
• Knowledge of DBRA, DOL, apprenticeship standards, and public works.
• Proficient with LCPTracker and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall labor compliance leadership for all national geographic regions across multiple projects.
• Independently manage complex prevailing wage compliance for internal self-perform work and subcontractors.
• Review and audit DOL classification requests for regulatory compliance.
• Interpret and apply complex wage requirements including apprenticeships and PLAs.
• Conduct proactive audits and risk assessments to identify findings and deficiencies.
• Coordinate audits and respond to findings with senior leadership.
