Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to oversee national labor compliance for federal, state, and local laws across multiple utility-scale projects.

This fully remote role may require travel to SOLV Energy offices or jobsites, with location details discussed during the interview process. The role emphasizes leadership in compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence, serving as a subject matter expert and escalation resource for complex wage matters

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading a compliance team or senior-level role.
• Expertise in prevailing wage enforcement, certified payroll auditing, and labor compliance investigations.
• Knowledge of DBRA, DOL, apprenticeship standards, and public works compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nationwide labor compliance leadership for multiple projects and contractors.
• Independently manage complex prevailing wage obligations for internal self-perform work and subcontractors.
• Review and audit DOL classification requests and supporting docs for compliance.
• Interpret and apply wage determinations, fringe benefits, and PLA/Two-Trade compliance.
• Conduct proactive audits and risk assessments to identify and resolve potential findings.
• Coordinate with clients, government audits, and senior leadership on findings and responses.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on evolving labor laws and enforcement trends.
