SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead labor compliance across national projects, manage complex wage determinations, and ensure audit readiness. This remote role may require travel to SOLV Energy offices or jobsites.

Qualifikationen

Associate degree or equivalent with labor compliance expertise.
Minimum of 5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
Experience leading and mentoring other compliance professionals.
Strong knowledge of DBRA, DOL, and public works compliance.
Proven audit, risk assessment, and corrective action experience.
Experience with multiple projects across regions.

Aufgaben

Provide labor compliance leadership across national regions.
Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and subs.
Review and audit DOL classification requests for compliance.
Interpret wage determinations, fringe benefits, apprenticeship, PLA, and Two-Trade agreements.
Conduct proactive audits and risk assessments to mitigate findings.
Coordinate audits and respond to findings with senior leadership.
Monitor regulatory changes and advise on labor compliance trends.
Maintain audit-ready digital documents and SharePoint repositories.
