Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with labor compliance expertise.
• 5+ years in compliance on federally/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading a team of compliance professionals.
• Strong knowledge of DBRA, DOL, and public works laws.
• Experience with certified payroll and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership for multiple projects.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform and subs.
• Review and audit DOL classification requests and documentation.
• Interpret wage determinations, apprenticeship standards, and PLA requirements.
• Coordinate audits and respond to findings with senior leadership.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on enforcement trends.
