Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead nationwide labor compliance across projects. The role emphasizes expert oversight of wage determinations, apprenticeship requirements, and audits while coordinating with clients and regulators.

The position is fully remote with potential travel to SOLV Energy offices or jobsites as discussed in the interview process. Strong leadership and regulatory acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years in federal/state funded construction compliance.
• Experience leading compliance teams and audits.
• Expert knowledge of DBRA, DOL, prevailing wage enforcement, and public works.
• Proficiency with LCPTracker and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor compliance strategy across national regions.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform and subcontractors.
• Review DOL classification requests and supporting documents for compliance.
• Interpret wage determinations, apprenticeship standards, PLA, Tri-Trade and Two-Trade agreements.
• Conduct proactive audits and risk assessments to identify findings.
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, and government agencies during reviews.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on state public works requirements.
