Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead nationwide labor compliance for regulated, utility-scale projects. You will oversee wage determinations, apprenticeship utilization, project labor agreements, and audits across multiple regions.

The role is fully remote with travel to SOLV offices or sites as needed. Requires 5+ years in federal/state construction compliance, strong analytical and leadership skills, and deep knowledge of DOL rules, DBRA, and PLA

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in labor compliance.
• 5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor compliance leadership for national regions across multiple projects.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for internal self-perform work and subcontractors.
• Review and audit DOL classification requests for compliance with laws.
• Interpret wage determinations, apprenticeship standards, and PLA requirements.
• Conduct proactive audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and address findings.
• Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and auditors; prepare responses to findings.
