Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead national labor compliance for federal, state, and local requirements on utility-scale projects. The role ensures audit readiness and regulatory adherence across projects and personnel.

The position operates with high autonomy, requires strong judgment, and may involve travel to SOLV Energy offices or jobsites. Fully remote with potential travel as needed during interviews and assignments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher with labor compliance expertise or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible compliance experience on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading and mentoring other compliance professionals and handling audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership for multiple active projects and contractors.
• Manage complex prevailing wage compliance for internal self-perform work and multi-tier subs.
• Review and audit DOL classification requests and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interpret and apply complex labor compliance requirements including prevailing wage determinations, fringe benefits, and PLAs.
• Coordinate with clients, third parties, and government audits; prepare documentation and respond to findings.
