Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to oversee labor compliance for nationwide projects, including wage determinations, apprenticeship rules, and PLA compliance. The role requires strong leadership, audit readiness, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience in labor compliance.
• 5+ years of compliance experience on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading and mentoring other compliance professionals.
• Expert knowledge of DBRA, DOL, prevailing wage, apprenticeship standards, and public works.
• Experience with multi-project oversight across regions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor compliance leadership for national regions across multiple active projects and contractors.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and multi-tier subcontractors.
• Audit all DOL classification requests and supporting documentation for compliance.
• Interpret and apply wage determinations, fringe benefit compliance, apprenticeship utilization, and PLA requirements.
• Conduct proactive compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and resolve issues.
• Serve as point of contact for client, government audits, and inquiries; prepare responses with senior leadership.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on evolving labor compliance laws and enforcement trends.
• Assist with development of training and program improvements for SOLV clients and departments.
• Maintain audit-ready digital documentation and ensure compliance tools are updated.
