Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services technology organizations in the US.
• Proven track record of leading complex architecture-driven engagements in fintech or payments.
• Strong hands-on understanding of fintech platforms: mobile money, digital wallets, API design, microservices, and cloud architectures.
• Experience translating deep technical capability into business value for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as the lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech solutions.
• Architect tailored, scalable fintech solutions spanning mobile money, wallets, and payments.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability.
• Create technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses that differentiate us.
• Drive handovers to delivery with cross-team collaboration to ensure scalable implementations.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends and provide market insights to solution strategies.
• Build reusable technical assets and mentor colleagues to grow presales depth.
