Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect to join our growing US team. You will own the technical presales process, design scalable fintech solutions, and articulate architecture to C-level stakeholders.

This role requires deep fintech knowledge, hands-on API and cloud experience, and the ability to travel as needed. You will collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure what is sold can be built at scale, while staying ahead of market

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services technology in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to architecture, live demos, proposals and executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements, aligning Ericsson MF Services capabilities with client needs.
• Architect tailored, scalable fintech solutions across mobile money, digital wallets, payment processing, and API ecosystems.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability and interoperability in US financial services.
• Build compelling narratives linking deep tech to measurable business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce high-quality proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses differentiating us on technical merit and value.
• Lead clean handovers to delivery, collaborating with sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscape; feed insights into strategy.
• Create reusable assets like reference architectures, demos, and integration patterns.
• Mentor colleagues to grow presales architecture depth and support partner-led engagements.
