Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services technology in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery through solution design, architecture, demos, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Act as the lead technical authority in customer engagements, positioning Ericsson Mobile Financial Services capabilities as the right architectural and strategic fit.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions spanning mobile money, digital wallets, payment processing, API ecosystems, and financial inclusion use cases.
• Design integrations and architectures that address security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability in US financial services.
• Build compelling solution narratives linking deep tech to business value for engineering teams and executives.
• Produce high-quality proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses that differentiate on technical merit and commercial value.
• Drive smooth handovers to delivery, coordinating with sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscape; feed insights into strategy.
• Create reusable technical assets and reference architectures to raise team capability.
• Mentor colleagues to grow presales solution architecture depth.
