Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect in the United States. You will own end-to-end technical presales, design scalable fintech solutions, and articulate architectural strategies to win complex deals.

You will partner with customers, lead technical engagements, and deliver high-quality proposals while staying abreast of US fintech trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services in the US.
• Proven track record leading architecture-driven fintech engagements end to end.
• Hands-on understanding of fintech platforms: mobile money, digital wallets, API design, microservices, cloud.
• Fluency in payments fundamentals: security, data integration, scalability, resilience.
• Ability to translate deep technical concepts into business value for executives.
• Excellent technical writing, presentation, and RFP response skills.
• Collaborative, customer-first mindset with credibility with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in a US-based role with a global team.
• Existing network of US fintech customers and partners is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales—from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech architecture.
• Architect scalable solutions spanning mobile money, wallets, payments, APIs.
• Design integrations addressing security, compliance, scalability, interoperability in US financial services.
• Build narratives connecting technical capability to business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Drive handovers to delivery with cross-functional teams to ensure buildability.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscape.
• Create reusable assets: reference architectures and demo environments.
• Mentor colleagues to grow presales solution depth.
