Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services seeks a Senior Presales Solution Architect to lead end-to-end technical presales, design scalable fintech solutions, and articulate architectures to customers. You will be the technical cornerstone for strategic engagements, translating deep fintech expertise into winning proposals.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams, travel as needed across the US, and build reusable technical assets while staying ahead of fintech trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services technology in the US.
• Proven track record of leading architecture-driven engagements end to end in fintech or payments.
• Hands-on understanding of fintech platforms, API design, microservices, and cloud-based financial services architectures.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for executives and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements and position Ericsson MFS capabilities.
• Architect tailored, scalable fintech solutions across mobile money, digital wallets, and payment APIs.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability.
• Build compelling solution narratives connecting technical capability to business value.
• Produce high-quality technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Ensure smooth handovers to delivery with alignment to sales and implementation teams.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends and regulatory shifts and feed insights into strategy.
• Create reusable assets like reference architectures and demo environments.
• Mentor colleagues to grow presales solution architecture depth.
