Job summary

Colliers International in the United States seeks an experienced Senior Construction Program Manager to lead workplace office space fit-out projects, coordinating design, procurement, and construction from planning through close-out.

The role focuses on on-site activities for Tenant Improvement, with strong emphasis on budget, schedule, and stakeholder communication across Owner/Client, architecture teams, and subcontractors; remote-friendly arrangement via multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Background in Project Management or Architecture or Construction Management with 12+ years of experience.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Experience in fit-out, audio visual installations and FF&E.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security for design and construction.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate schedule data and risks.
• Proficiency with client software applications and MS Office tools.
• Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Owner/Client interface and lead planning and programming for office fit-out projects.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure architectural components meet workplace standards.
• Lead IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into documentation.
• Coordinate RFIs and manage changes to specifications with approvals.
• Lead meetings, set agendas, track actions, and maintain project documentation.
