Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced on-site project leader focused on Workplace Office Space Fit-Out and amenities. You will coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities at the client site, ensuring adherence to standards and schedules.

Seeking a senior professional with strong tenant improvement PM experience, AV/FFE knowledge, and the ability to manage complex MS Project-driven programs across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Fit-out, AV installations and all aspects of FFE.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security considerations during design and construction.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface and main point of contact for Owner/Client.
• Lead on-site activities for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out and amenities.
• Lead planning and programming to incorporate facilities into project design.
• Coordinate RFI process and ensure written approval flow.
• Manage budget, milestones, schedule development and changes.
• RFP generation, interviews, analysis, and award recommendations.
• Oversee FF&E and third-party procurement.
• Collaborate with construction team and owner’s consultants.
• Coordinate with Sr. Project Manager Lab/Tech Specialist.
