Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of payroll tax experience with a focus on tax defect resolution across multiple states.
• Experience drafting penalty abatement requests and agency responses with documentation.
• Experience preparing amended Federal/State payroll tax returns (941-X, W-2c) in multiple states.
• Deep knowledge of FICA, FUTA, FITW and related schedules; multi-state tax compliance.
• Lead/senior SME experience with coaching junior staff.

• Resolve complex State and Federal payroll tax notices across multi-quarter, multi-state scenarios.
• Prepare and file amended Federal and State payroll tax returns end-to-end.
• Diagnose payroll tax errors across pay periods and jurisdictions; drive corrections.
• Maintain high productivity in resolving corrections, amendments, and notices.
• Coach and support Senior Processors; share resolution knowledge and processes.
• Contribute to team huddles, QA sessions, and SOP/KB improvements.
• Identify trends and drive compliant, timely resolutions with stakeholders.
