Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to drive cross-functional programs across Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market. You will coordinate multiple parallel initiatives, deliver executive-ready updates, and own the end-to-end execution of complex processes.

You will leverage Lob's data stack and AI tooling to produce analyses, document outcomes, and ensure smooth handoffs to permanent owners, while supporting company-wide operating cadences."

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations, etc.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and delivering executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Coordinate across teams that don't report to you to drive program completion.
• Analyze data using Lob's stack and AI tools to inform decisions.
• Document programs and hand off to permanent owners with measurable metrics.
• Support FP&A, Deal Desk, and Biz Ops analytics, and assist planning cadences like QBRs.
