Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end state, status, owners, and end dates.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Operations, Solutions, and Go-to-Market.
• Produce analysis behind program decisions using Lob's data and reporting stack and AI tooling.
• Document each program on completion and transition to a permanent owner with a lasting metric.
• Provide FP&A/Deal Desk and BO analytics backup and support company-wide cadences like QBRs and leadership offsites.
• Scope ambiguous work, sequence dependencies, and hold cross-organizational owners to dates to deliver outcomes.
