Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own and drive cross-functional programs across Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will move ambiguous problems to documented processes with named owners, performing analysis and coordinating with teams that don’t report to you.

You’ll deliver executive communications to ensure progress and hand off completed programs with measurable outcomes, while supporting company-wide operating cadences like QBRs and leadership offsites.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations
• Experience coordinating across teams without direct reporting lines
• Strong capability to document, measure, and hand off programs

Responsibilities

• Own 3–5 concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM teams
• Produce analysis using Lob's data and reporting stack and available AI tooling
• Document programs on completion and assign a permanent owner
• Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and analytics deliverables and support QBRs
• Scope ambiguous work and manage dependencies across multiple organizations
