Job summary

Lob with remote opportunities across several states seeks a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will drive ambiguous problems to documented, measured processes with named owners, coordinating teams that don't report to you and delivering executive-ready updates.

You'll analyze data from Lob's stack, push for timely outcomes, document handoffs, and support company operating cadences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting or business operations.
• Experience across Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal or Go-to-Market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own 3–5 concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Ops, and GTM.
• Produce analysis using Lob's data and AI tooling.
• Document each program on completion and transition to permanent owners.
• Provide backup for FP&A and support company cadences like QBRs.
• Demonstrate program management chops across multiple organizations.
