Job summary

You will coordinate with teams across the company, push programs to completion, and deliver executive-ready insights using Lob's data stack and AI tools. The role requires strong ownership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with multi-stakeholder delivery and cross-functional program ownership

Responsibilities

• Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end state and owner
• Coordinate across teams that don't report to you to meet deadlines
• Produce analysis using Lob's data and reporting stack and available AI tooling
• Document programs on completion and transition to a permanent owner
