Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Print & Delivery Network, and Go-to-Market. You will drive three to five concurrent initiatives from concept to measurable outcomes, with clear owners and timelines.

You'll synthesize data, coordinate with teams that don't report to you, and deliver executive updates to leadership. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–7+ years in strategy, ops, or management consulting are required,

Qualifications

Strong program management across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership.
Solid analytical capabilities and comfort with data and BI tools.
Self-directed and proactive in identifying work.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Own 3–5 concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
Drive programs to completion across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM.
Diagnose workflows, quantify costs, and redesign processes for efficiency.
Deliver analysis supporting program decisions using data and AI tools.
Document programs and hand off to permanent owners with measurable outcomes.
Prepare and present program reviews to leadership with clear recommendations.
Cover FP&A and analytics needs as needed and support company cadences.
