Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead multiple cross-functional programs across Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market. You will define end states, track owners, and push for timely completion using Lob's data stack and AI tools.

You will also document outcomes, hand off programs with durable metrics, and support company-wide operating cadences while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with BI/data warehouse tooling and AI-assisted analysis; SQL helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Ops, Solutions, and GTM.
• Deliver analysis using Lob's data and reporting stack and AI tooling.
• Document programs on completion and hand off to a permanent owner with durable metrics.
• Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and Business Operations analytics; support quarterly cadences.
