Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own and drive cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will analyze ambiguous problems, document processes, and coordinate teams that don’t report to you to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will communicate findings to leadership, ensure accountable owners, and help scale the company’s operating cadence. 4–7+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelors are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/c corporate strategy or ops.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with clear end state and owners.
• Drive program delivery across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM teams.
• Diagnose and redesign workflows, quantify current state costs, implement improvements.
• Deliver analytic work using Lob's data and reporting stack and AI tooling.
• Document programs and hand off to permanent owners with measurable metrics.
• Prepare and present program reviews to leadership with clear recommendations.
• Provide backup analytics support for FP&A, Deal Desk, and operating cadences.
