Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market. You will drive execution of 3–5 concurrent initiatives, document outcomes, and present leadership with clear recommendations to improve operations.

You’ll analyze workflows, quantify costs, and leverage Lob’s data tools and AI capabilities to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business ops.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Cross-functional delivery with multiple stakeholders.
• Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own program execution across 3–5 concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end state.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM.
• Diagnose and redesign workflows with quantified costs and replacements.
• Deliver analysis using Lob's data stack and AI tooling.
• Document programs and transition ownership with lasting metrics.
• Prepare leadership reviews and recommendations.
• Provide FP&A and planning support for company cadences.
