Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to drive cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will own programs from ambiguity to a documented process, coordinating teams that don’t report to you and delivering executive-ready updates.

You will leverage Lob's data and AI tooling to analyze decisions, document outcomes, and ensure durable ownership after handoff.

Qualifications

• 4+ to 7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Experience delivering multi-stakeholder programs across functions.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making with clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional programs from initiation to documented outcomes and handoff.
• Coordinate across teams that don’t report to you to drive milestones and dependencies.
• Generate analyses using Lob's data/reporting stack and available AI tooling.
• Document each program on completion and transition it to a permanent owner with measurable metrics.
