Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will translate ambiguous problems into documented, measured processes with named owners and clear milestones, while delivering executive-ready analyses and recommendations.

You will coordinate with teams that don’t report to you, ensuring timely execution, rigorous measurement, and a strong handoff to ongoing owners.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience delivering cross-functional, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Familiarity with BI/data tooling and AI-assisted analysis preferred; SQL helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with end state, status, owners, and deadlines.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM teams.
• Diagnose and redesign workflows; quantify current state costs and implement improvements.
• Produce analyses to support program decisions using company data and AI tools.
• Document programs and hand off to permanent owners with measurable metrics.
• Prepare leadership reviews and provide recommendations with rationale.
• Provide backup analytics support for FP&A, Deal Desk and operating cadences.
