Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager in the United States (Georgia) to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will drive ambiguous problems toward documented, measurable processes with named owners.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll coordinate teams that don’t report to you, deliver executive-ready updates, and ensure programs finish on time while maintaining quality and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with no direct reporting lines.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Execution: Run three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end state, status, owners, and target dates.
• Drive Outcomes Across Teams: Push programs to completion across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Operations, Solutions, and Go-to-Market.
• Deliver the Analysis: Produce analysis behind program decisions using Lob's data and AI tooling.
• Hand Off What You Build: Document each program on completion and transition to a permanent owner with a sustaining metric.
• Cover the Gaps: Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and Business Operations analytics; support QBRs and leadership offsites.
• Program Management Chops: Scope ambiguous work, sequence dependencies, and hold owners to dates across multiple organizations.
