Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring multiple Manager roles within the Operations Enablement organization to deliver scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our operations.

You will lead cross-functional programs, develop roadmaps, and partner with product and engineering to implement governance, training, and knowledge-management strategies that meet regulatory requirements and drive measurable outcomes. You will own end-to-end program execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and help elevate

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations experience.
• 3+ years in fintech or financial institution, including scaling operations.
• Certified in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience building and scaling knowledge management and training (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS, or AI tools).
• Willingness to travel as needed to support collaboration and vendor engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define program roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations to drive impact.
• Establish governance and communicate status, outcomes, and risks to executives.
